- Inter Milan was one of the most active in the market. They acquired midfielders Hakimi from Real Madrid, Barella, Cagliari, and Sensi, from Sassuolo. Sales of right-back Castagne to Leicester City and central-back Mancini to AS Roma offset these expenses.
- Roma obtained the services of Veretout (midfielder) from Fiorentina, the Mancini mentioned above, and Pérez (winger) from FC Barcelona. Likewise, they traded striker Patrick Schick to Bayern Leverkusen for € 26.5 million.
- Fiorentina spent 37 million Euros on the midfielder Duncan, the right-back Lirolo, and forward Kouamé signings. Besides, they sold midfielder Veretout to Roma and forward Simeone to Cagliari, obtaining € 27 million.
